Mobile bidding for the Silent Auction will open on Thursday, March 27, 2025 

If you are attending the auction and submitted an email and cell phone number as part of registration, you will receive an email welcome and a text with a link to mobile bidding on March 27, 2026.

If you are not attending the auction, but would like to bid on Silent Auction items, you may register as a remote bidder starting on Thursday, March 27, 2026.

A bidding tip... Did you get outbid at last year's auction in the last seconds? If you want to maximize your chances of winning a package, use the 'Set Max Bid' feature.

Max Bid is Ebay-style bidding.

A 'Set Max Bid' Example: You are first to bid on a package with a $50 start price. You are willing to pay no more than $300 for the package, so set your max bid to $300. You now lead bidding with a bid of $50 showing. Your bid will only increase if someone else places a bid. Unless you change your mind and want to increase your max bid, you won't need to bid again. So, if someone else bids $100 on the package, the system will automatically increase your bid to $110. If someone then raises the bid to $150, the system will bid $160 for you. If needed, the system will continue to automatically increase your bid until your max bid has been reached. NOTE! Don't wait until the last seconds to place a bid as the current bidder might have a max bid set that is higher than your bid. So, bid early and set your max bids!

Steps to Set a Max Bid:

In a package, tap 'Bid More'. Select your max bid amount and tap 'Set Max Bid'.
