Dear Friends of St. Bridget School,

As another school year draws to a close, we find ourselves reflecting with deep gratitude on the incredible blessing that St. Bridget School has been to generations of students and families for more than three decades. What began as a vision rooted in faith continues today as a vibrant mission of forming young people not only for success in life, but for holiness and service.

At St. Bridget School, education has always meant more than academics. Every day, our students are invited to encounter Christ, to grow in character, and to discover the unique gifts God has placed within them. Our mission is lived in classrooms, at school liturgies, on the athletic fields, through service projects, and in countless everyday moments that shape hearts as much as minds.

It is in that spirit of love and service that we launch our “Forming Disciples. Building Leaders” Campaign once again this year.

This campaign is not simply about meeting needs—it is about investing in the future of Catholic education at St. Bridget School and ensuring that future generations receive the same gift of faith-filled formation that has blessed so many before them.

Because of the generosity of supporters like you, much has already been accomplished in recent years—from improvements to our learning spaces and facilities to enhancements in technology, athletics, and student life. Those investments continue to bear fruit every day.

Looking ahead, your support will help us:

Expand Educational Opportunities
Strengthening innovative learning experiences, particularly within our Makerspace STREAM initiatives (Science, Technology, Religion, Engineering, Art, and Mathematics), while creating additional opportunities for hands-on discovery and creativity.

Enhance Technology and Learning Environments
Providing students and teachers with the resources necessary to thrive in an engaging, modern educational setting.

Support Arts, Athletics, and Student Programs
Ensuring our students continue to grow in confidence, creativity, teamwork, leadership, and character both inside and outside the classroom.

Every gift makes a difference. Every act of generosity helps form disciples who will carry their faith into the world and become leaders in their homes, communities, workplaces, and Church.

Thank you for your past generosity, your continued support, and your belief in the mission of Catholic education.

With gratitude and prayers,

The Reverend Jeffrey V. Romans, KCHS                                      Mrs. Angelita J. Kingston

Pastor/Priest Director                                                                     Principal

A personal word from Father Romans:

After twelve blessed years serving as Pastor of Saint Bridget of Sweden Parish and witnessing firsthand the remarkable growth and vitality of our school, I will soon be beginning a new assignment. Leaving this assignment is not easy, particularly because St. Bridget School has been such an important part of my priesthood and ministry. At the same time, I am filled with gratitude knowing that the parish and school will soon welcome a seasoned pastor in Father Aidan Donahue whose experience and leadership will help continue the strong foundation already built here and guide this mission into the future.

As I prepare to conclude my time here, one of my greatest hopes is that this mission continues to flourish for years to come, and it can and it will with your generosity to this year’s campaign. I invite you to prayerfully consider supporting this year’s campaign and helping write the next chapter in the story of St. Bridget School.
